7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

•         Discussed updating the hall rental agreement for 2020.

7:31 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser- treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Blk Pwdr & Junior Rifle.

Treasurer’s Report: John read the report.

Bills and Communications:   Nothing to report this month.

Pop: Nothing this month.

Rental Committee Report: Received range rentals from SRU for $150 and Penn State for $275.  Nov 9.

Pistol Team:  Rodger reported the team took in $208, expenses $99, kept $32.70, turned in $76.30.   22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Jim fill in for Tom being absent.  Trap took in $262.50, expenses $109.78, kept $45.82, turned in $107.  Winter league is underway.  You may still come to shoot practice during the league.  It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets.  Anyone is welcome to come and shoot. 

Black Powder:  Mike took in $125, expenses $100, kept $7, turned in $18.

Meat Shoot:  Meat shoots are on the 2nd Sunday of each month 11:00 am.  (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike said that he currently has 5 kids shooting for junior rifle.  Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2.  Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest. 

Archery:  Nothing to report. 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  Dickie took in $135, expenses $15, turned in $120.  They normally shoot every Monday 10 am-till shooting is done.  Doors open at 9 am.  Everyone is welcome.   .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. 

Membership:  REMINDER – October thru February is time to renew your dues and key cards.  Brian took in $2,805, key cards $240, maintenance fund $315, general fund $2,490.  68 new members for 2019, 446 senior life/charter members, 546 total club members.

Old Business:  Some of the lights in the hall need repaired.

New Business:  Nothing this month.

Good of the Association:   Nominations for new officers are to be done in November and December.  So far there have been no new nominations to change the Board of Directors.
